E&M Vison AB operates supported housing and training apartments for adults in Västra Götaland. Our target group includes individuals facing challenges in establishing a satisfactory lifestyle due to substance abuse issues, mental health problems, psychosocial difficulties, norm-breaking behavior, and homelessness. We strive to provide support and resources to promote well-being and independence among our clients.

This autumn, we are looking for a qualified contact person for our supported housing facility for adults – an important role for you if you want to make a real difference in people's daily lives and development.

As a qualified contact person, you work closely with our clients and have independent responsibility for planning, implementing, and following up on individual support measures. You become a central point of security in their daily lives, supporting them in achieving their goals in areas such as housing, health, and employment. Through a motivating and professional approach, you contribute to strengthening the clients' independence and quality of life.

The role involves regular contact with clients as well as collaboration with external actors such as social services, healthcare, and other partners. You work systematically based on implementation plans and are responsible for ensuring that documentation is carried out correctly and legally in accordance with current legislation and routines. You are part of an engaged team where you together create a safe, stable, and developmental environment for both clients and colleagues.

The position is a part-time employment of approximately 50–75%, scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Opportunities for increased working hours exist over time. On-call telephone duty is included according to schedule.

We are looking for you who have at least two years of post-secondary education in social work or equivalent, as well as documented experience working with the target group, which is a requirement for the position. You are confident in your professional role, accustomed to working independently, and have a good ability to build professional relationships. As a person, you are structured, flexible, and solution-focused, with a genuine commitment to people.
